We want you to feel confident with every Marsyu purchase.
Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- Complete with all accessories and manuals
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return Please contact us at support@marsyushop.com. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will prioritize a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- Used or worn items
- Items with significant packaging damage or missing accessories
- Requests made after the 30-day return window
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our conditions, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
EU Consumer Rights If your delivery address is in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order and return the item within 14 days of receipt for any reason (item must be unused and in original packaging).
Warranty Marsyu smartwatches come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered.
